Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total


If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit


If cancelling 29 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit


If cancelling 35 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit

No refunds are given on any no shows or where a person leaves before the booking end date.

· The Manager has the right to ask clients to leave if they do not abide by regulations or are unruly.

PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE

Should there be any increases imposed by the Government or Lodge before the arrival date, these increases will have to be passed onto the Clients and paid before departure.
