Booking Terms

1) To secure a booking we require a 50%  deposit (25% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT) upon booking confirmation.

2) Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt when the payment has been received or cleared in the bank.

3) Bookings can only be held PROVISIONAL FOR 5 DAYS if no payment is received the system will automatically release the booking.

4) Failure to pay the deposit means this booking WILL BE CANCELLED without any further correspondence.

5) FULL PAYMENT is required for all last minute bookings or any bookings made 7 days prior to travelling dates.

6) Payment to be made in full 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE/SERVICE DELIVERY.

7) If FULL PAYMENT is not received 30 days prior to travel dates, the booking will be cancelled 50% of the paid amount will be forfeited.

8) Payments to be made via bank transfer, cash or credit card

9) Price is inclusive 2% Tourism levy and 2% govt tax.

10) Invoice in USD is valid for 7days & in ZWL is valid for the day.

11) Any breakages or damage through negligence will have to be paid for before departure by the client. Fees will be provided on-site.

12) $50 USD or equivalent refundable deposit is required a day before or on check-in for security in the event of breakages or theft by clients.

13) Clients are to respect fellow residents and keep noise levels to a reasonable level and up to a reasonable time 14) Check out time: 10 am Check-in time: 2 pm

15) Only the number of clients booked will be allowed to check-in, any extra guest will be turned away and we hold the right to cancel the booking with no refund if this condition is violated.

16) All bank charges are for the account of the Payee and indicated on the invoice or quotation.
