Booking Terms

 To secure a booking we require a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit upon booking confirmation.

 Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt when the payment has been received or cleared in the bank.

 Bookings can only be held PROVISIONAL FOR 5 DAYS (for all bookings outside 30days) if no payment is received the booking will be released with no further correspondence.

 Failure to pay the deposit within 5 days means this booking WILL BE CANCELLED without any further correspondence.

 FULL PAYMENT is required for all last minute bookings or any bookings made within 30 days prior to travelling dates.

 Payment to be made in full 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE/SERVICE DELIVERY.

 If FULL PAYMENT is not received 30 days prior to travel dates, the booking will be canceled & initial deposit will be forfeited.
 Payments to be made via bank transfer, cash or credit card depending with nature of booking.

 Price is inclusive 2% Tourism levy and 15% Govt tax.

 Invoice in USD is valid for 7days & in ZWL is valid for a day.

 Any breakages or damage through negligence will have to be paid for before departure by the client. Fees will be provided on-site.

 A $50 USD (for exclusive house bookings) & $20 USD (for apartment bookings & family cottages) or equivalent refundable deposit is required on check-in. Please note figure for security deposit varies with cottage.

 Clients are to respect fellow residents and keep noise levels to a reasonable level and up to a reasonable time.

 Check out time: 10 am, Check-in time: 2 pm – 5pm. Late check outs will attract a fee of $20 per hour.

 Only the number of clients booked will be allowed to check-in, any extra guest will be turned away and we hold the right to cancel the whole booking with no refund if this condition is violated.

 All bank charges are for the account of the Payee and will be indicated on the invoice or quotation.


 All bookings made and canceled within 30 days from the date of travel have NO REFUND.

 Deferring of dates later than 14 days prior to traveling date is treated as a Cancellation and Cancellation policy applies.

 All bookings affected by national lockdown will be postponed, NO REFUND will be issued. Notice should be given note later than 14 days prior to travelling dates. If notice comes after 14 days it will be treated as a canceled booking.

 A 20% admin fee will be deducted (from the amount to be refunded).

 ALL REFUNDS are processed after 21 days.

 All payment for specials are to be made within 24hrs from the time of booking.
